Your role

As a Product Lead, you take ownership of the Montova platform from a product, delivery and team perspective.

You are not expected to be hands-on in development. Instead, you act as the connecting force between product, engineering and infrastructure, ensuring that teams are aligned, priorities are clear and delivery runs smoothly.

You combine a strong software engineering background with product ownership and project leadership, and you play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves.

You will:

• Own and structure the product roadmap and priorities in close collaboration with stakeholders;

• Take the lead in cross-team initiatives and projects (e.g. infrastructure migrations, platform improvements);

• Align product, infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery;

• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders;

• Support teams in making the right technical and functional decisions;

• Bring structure in complex environments and ensure clarity in scope, planning and validation;

• Coach and guide engineers, helping them grow and perform at their best;

• Ensure quality, scalability and reliability remain central in all initiatives.

Your profile

We are looking for a senior profile with a software engineering background who has evolved towards product ownership, delivery leadership or a similar role.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• Strong background in software engineering (backend, integration or platform environments)

• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Tech Lead, Delivery Lead or Scrum Master

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-team collaboration

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to bring structure, ownership and clarity in dynamic environments

• Natural leadership through coaching, alignment and impact

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI, document processing or integration platforms

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures or messaging systems

• Experience in SaaS environments

• Exposure to infrastructure or cloud environments
